Introduction

From an early age school friends and family, fondly remember Miti Ampoma (the founder of Miticom Communications training) with her head buried in a book, spending many hours reading many books, followed by lots and lots and lots of questions about why the characters in her books behaved the way they did and the resulting consequences of their actions – good and bad.  This early curiosity about human behaviour focusing on the communication aspects of people, blossomed into a life passion and professional career which has led Miti to make a transformational difference to personal and professional lives. Here you can find out more about Miti on her life philosophy and read what others say about the creator of The Innovative Communicator.

As Miti says, "we’re all now in the business of innovative communication. Each one of us can become an Innovative Communicator and as part of that movement contribute to making a positive impact on the world with soul, integrity and humanity."

What clients say about Miti’s work

Steve Drury

“Miti made a significant contribution to the programme. She can interpret a brief clearly and knows what to do. She was very quick to grasp concepts and issues and was able to turn complex jargon into language which everyone could understand. She is a collaborative team player where this is required but is equally at home “creating something from nothing” and making what needs to happen, happen. Miti has a combination of strong presence, superb command of the English language and an amazing ability to build rapport and get on with people at all levels within an organisation. She gets results”.
