HRZone: The value of taking communication offline

Miti Ampoma gives HR professionals and business leaders advice, guidance, opinions and up-to-date information on ‘how the working life and responsibilities of the modern HR professional are being shaped.’

Miti recently wrote an article for their Lead section, in which she posed an unusual challenge.

The purpose of the challenge, and the article, is to show HR leaders how they can act as communication ambassadors for their organisation and so set the standard for how people are expected to communicate. Because the key to lasting success in business is strong relationships that put people at the centre, rather than process or technology.

You can read the full article and find out more about Miti’s challenge here.

When you’ve read it, why not take the challenge yourself?
